Hi, my name is Matthew Sease, proud son of Malaco Records (former Polygram & Jive ) recording Artist, 
Marvin Sease and the ever Wonderful Doris Sease.
I was born in Brooklyn, NY. I lived there for 11 years and was raised in a town called John’s Island (very close to Charleston, SC) where I attended the very well known “Johnson & Wales University at Charleston from 1989-1994.
I graduated with 3 degrees:
Associates in Culinary Arts
Associates in Baking & Pastry Arts
Bachelors in Food Service Management
